Committing to a block of therapy sessions is a cost-effective way to take control of your life. You can book a block of 4 (for specific phobias only) 6, 9 or 12 sessions and will receive a confirmation email. Payments can be made in person by cash or card, or, if you prefer, we can send details for a bank transfer. You can then decide, in consultation with your therapist, suitable dates and times for your therapy sessions. There are no ‘use by’ limits on these packages.
